Monday's Agenda Notes

Tomorrow we will have an inside-out morning!  We will have a brief class inside from 9-9:30.  Follow by math (9:30-10:30) and language arts (10:45-11:45) outside.  You will be able to come inside during recess for a quick warm up if you want.  It will be relatively warm (-2 feels like -7), but you will be most comfortable if you dress warmly with your winter coat, toque, and mitts.  You may want to bring something warm to drink.

• Phys-ed tomorrow afternoon.
• Band this week - school tours Wednesday, no band Thursday, sectionals Friday.

Holiday Giving Update:

We have decided to make 8 holiday stockings to give to refugee families in our community.  In lieu of teacher gifts and classroom treats, we are asking students in the class to buy something to contribute to the stockings.  We will be packaging the stockings on Monday December 14th, so please bring your items by then.  Here is a list of suggested items to contribute:

• gift cards
• candy and chocolates
• small toys and games 
• school/art supplies
• gloves, mitts, toques, socks, t-shirts
• decorations
• personal grooming products: hairbrush, toothbrush, nail polish, hair gel
• candles and room scents
