Tuesday's Agenda Notes

• Tomorrow we are going to We Day at Campbell.  We'll be walking.  You need to have permission written in your agenda in order to attend.

• We have been challenged to bring in non-perishable food items for a food drive to support We Day.  We are in competition with the other middle years classes from our school to see who can bring in the most items.  The deadline is tomorrow, so let's try to make sure everyone brings something!

• Leaf and Yard Waste Composting Fundraiser - The fundraiser will be happening this Saturday from 10-4.  Make sure you have distributed your flyers and bring in the log sheet tomorrow.  Also, check your availability for Saturday.  We are going to sign up for volunteer shifts on Saturday.  The money we're collecting is going to help support refugees as well as help with the cost of some special classroom activities.

• Band - Brass players have a clinic at the university tomorrow.  Make sure you bring your instrument.

• Canoeing - Our first session at the lake is Thursday.  Make sure you wear appropriate clothing.  Shoes that can get a little wet, jeans or durable long plants, layers for your upper body.  You probably won't get soaked, but you'll get a little wet.  Bring a change of clothes just in case you fall in - you probably won't if you listen to the instructions.

• Release Form and Severe Weather Plan - please fill out the form and return it as soon as you can.
