How to subscribe to the blog by email!

1. Enter your email address into the 'Follow by Email' box on the right hand side of the blog and hit submit.
2. Complete the verification message that should pop-up in a new window.
3. Check your email for a message from FeedBurner Email Subscriptions.  Check your junk mail if you can't find it.
4. Click on the link to activate your email subscription to the blog.

You will now receive an email highlighting the days blog post between 3-5pm each day that the blog is updated.
