- Efforts to support Nepal - We are doing a cash drive this week. There will be a bake sale on Monday where items will range from $0.50 - $2.00.

Dear Grade 8 Parents,
Grade 8 Farewell is happening at 6:30 on Tuesday, June 23rd and now that spring is officially in the air, it’s time to move forward with some planning.
Here at school, the grade 8s are taking care of:
· tickets, speeches, slideshow, performances, decorations, and programs.
The Grade 7s will:
· Hand out programs, serve refreshments and treats, and help clean up.
The parent committee will be in charge of:
· Getting snacks and refreshments for after the Farewell.
· Planning the after party for the grade 8s.
· (Optional: Last year the parents also catered a lunch for all the 7/8s the day after Farewell at our U of R sports day. We are so spoiled! J)
Joanne Eberle and Nannette Choboter have kindly stepped forward to head the Parent Planning and are looking for volunteers to develop committees for the Aftergrad. They will be hosting a parent Farewell Planning Committee meeting on Thursday, May 7that 7:00pm in our school Library.
