It will probably be cold in the morning and warm in the afternoon so dress in layers! Some things you should make sure to bring/wear include:
- Layers!
- Jacket, mitts, toque?
- Ball cap
- Backpack
- Good shoes or hiking boots
- Rain coat or big garbage back
- Shades if it is sunny
Make sure that you have a very good lunch. Bring more food and water than you usually eat because you will be using more energy.
- Lots of good nutritious food.
- No JUNK!!! (candy, fruit snacks high in sugar, chips, etc)
- No nuts!
- At least 2 liters of water.
Please leave your electronics at home. Such as:
- Cell phones
- iPods or MP3 players
- Cameras
- Video game
